What are the delivery charges for orders from IGOTIT.ONLINE?
Wherever possible, we try to ship items for free. Under some circumstances, we have to charge for shipping. If this happens, you will be notified of charges at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our chosen payment processor is PayPal. This allows you to pay using your credit card or PayPal Account.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.
How long will delivery take?
IGOTIT.ONLINE partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. We endeavor to process your order within 3 working days, Once processed, our warehouse will pack and ship your items as Insured Shipping. Delivery to your door can take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive.
Products on sale, might be delayed an extra week or two due to high volume processing. Rest assured that we will try out utmost to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.
Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately, we promise it’s on its way 🙂
Guideline Delivery Times:
Products & Accessories: Usually 7- 21 business days for all our products unless specified in the description
Due to high demand of some of our free & promotional products, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
Under exceptional circumstances, delivery can take up to 30 days to arrive. This could be as a result of a delay from customs in your country or from the courier company having problems delivering your parcel. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that delays can occur.
